What is the Curator Showcase?

Everyone loves the convenience and simplicity of shopping online, but sometimes you just can't beat seeing things in the flesh. This is particularly true with art, where the intensity of colour, texture and scale can't be conveyed on-screen.

At the heart of Curator is our celebration of creativity, and our mission to bring the joy and wonder of art to as many people as possible. That's why you’ll see us popping up in all sorts of places - often where you'd least expect to find art of such high quality, and sometimes in towns and cities without any existing gallery space at all.

Right now we're touring the country with our mobile exhibition - the Curator Showcase, in all kinds of public spaces from shopping centres to theatres and unused retail units. So why not come and join us for chat, a glass of wine, and a really relaxed look at some of the finest artwork that our artists have to offer?

We're looking for places to visit...

Do you own an unused retail space, manage a local shopping centre, garden centre, or cinema? Perhaps you're involved in the management of a public space that we haven't even thought of yet. We're a very open-minded bunch, and we're eager to work with inspiring spaces that can benefit from the visually arresting and theatrical qualities that an art exhibition can bring.

We are very mobile and can reach most areas of the UK, bring our own complete modular setup for the Showcase that can fit a whole range of sizes of space and are happy to work within (or build-in) the constraints a space has to offer.

We also welcome existing gallery owners to get in touch if you are interested in a short, fixed-term Curator Showcase within your own gallery - a really powerful partnership that can rejuvenate your space and bring plenty of public attention for a branded special event from one of the biggest names in art online.
